We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
